We had to rush her to emergency because she had troiuble breathing, & she spent a week in the hospital. Yes, they sent a check for the bottle which I will not cash. I refused to return the bottle (evidence). They also sent us a form to fill out saying everything was ok & for her to sign it …yeah right ….add insult to injury by thinking we are stupid. I have lichen planus (an auto-immune disease) in my mouth. I bought a new bottle of the Oral B – my condition flared and I was quite ill. I quit the Oral B (the dentist asked me to use a stronger formula) and my condition settled down. Not sure where to go from here.
