Over time this sensor signal may deteriorate and accumulate dust build up that may result in an incorrect sensor output, causing the engine to go into fail-safe mode. The recall affects 2006 through 2010 Nissan Infiniti M35 and M45 models manufactured between April 4, 2004 and October 5, 2010. The NHTSA campaign number for the recall is 13V-430.
