The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has issued a food recall for ready-to-eat chicken sandwiches sold under the “Progressive Gourmet” brand since July 30, 2008. Fresca Italia, Inc. announced Monday that they are expanding their May 30, 2008, Burrata Cheese recall to now include all lot codes and expiration dates. The Burrata cheese, which is sold under the “Caseificio Voglie di Latte” brand, may be contaminated with a bacteria that could cause listeria inifection.
